Ikeja Electric has unveiled a Singleview interactive platform for its customers.
The platform will enable customers of the utility, access their vending and consumption history. The platform was unveiled by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Folake Soetan.
According to Soetan, the platform will give users access to personal information, including electricity vending records and consumption history.

”The platform will enable customers to access the necessary information with ease. With the ability to track and understand their consumption and vending patterns, they are able to plan their energy need efficiently”, said Soetan.
The platform is available to prepaid metered customers only.
