As the world commemorates the 2023 International Youth Day, the Nigerian First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu has described the Nigerian youths as priceless resources that drive innovation, progress, and dynamic talents.
While applauding the youths in a statement issued on Saturday August 12, 2023, which she personally signed, for the crucial role they all play in driving socio- economic advancements in Nigeria, the First Lady said that “you are indeed “torchbearers of tomorrow.”
“Great opportunities abound for those who are physically and mentally strong hence I admonish you to take your health seriously especially as the HIV/ AIDS scourge is still prevalent.
“A healthy youth is a vibrant nation. Together we will build a greater and better Nigeria. Happy International Youth Day,” she said.
