UPDC Plc, a major player in real estate and hotel management has released its unaudited financial statements for the third quarter  period ended 30 September 2021 with increase in revenue to N298.683 million from N111.714  million in Q3 2020.

Revenue for nine month ended 30 September 2021 rose to N614.739 million from N458.258 million in 2020.

However, total comprehensive loss in Q3 2021 increased by 23.74% to N585.048 million from N472.811 million loss in 2020 while the figure for nine months dropped to N1.168 billion loss from N3.375 billion in 2020.
