TotalEnergies Marketing Nigeria, a major oil marketer has announced the appointment of  Engr. Rufa’i Sirajo to assume the position of Acting Chairman of its Board following the resignation of Mr. Stanislas Mittelman.

The company in a notice at the Nigerian Exchange Limited said  Mittelman resigned from the Board of TotalEnergies SE with immediate effect, and so he ceases to be the Chairman of the Board of TotalEnergies Marketing Nigeria Plc.

“Engr. Rufa’i Sirajo will assume the position of Acting Chairman pending the next meeting of the Board of Directors when a new Chairman will be appointed,” the notice said.
