The Raysun Nigeria Limited has reached out to the shareholders of Champion Breweries Plc with an offer to take over of about 1,196,799,164 ordinary shares at N2.6 per share.
In a notice at the Nigerian Exchange, date for shareholders to accept the offer opened on 10 January 2022 and will close on 31 January 2022
According to the notice, the take-over offer document had been sent directly to Qualifying Shareholders as at the Qualification Date of 31 December 2021.
