…Plans To Embark On Local Government Tour
Following the official declaration for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), the Lead Visioner of Lagos4Lagos Movement, a political group within the party, Dr. Olajide Adediran (Jandor) has inaugurated a 14- man committee for full integration of the group’s members into the Lagos PDP.
The committee is named ‘ Contact and Integration ‘.
According to Jandor, the committee would have the responsibility of ensuring seamless integration of Lagos4Lagos members into the PDP across the 245 wards and 20 local governments in the state.
At the inauguration held at Liberty House, Ikeja, the Lead Visioner said members of the committee would put modalities in place for a planned local government tour across the 20 local councils for next week, charging them to fast track the integration process.
The Committee which comprises old PDP members and new members was headed by Deji Wellington while Mrs Khairat Ojikutu-Shokoya would serve as Secretary.
Others are Funke Ijayekunle – Organizing Secretary, Chief Fatai Shodimu, Tajudeen Aremu, Hon. Bode Makinde, Mr. Muda Fasasi, Mr Aderemi Adesina, Mr Yesiru Babatunde, Hon. Adio Salami, Hon. Arobieke , Mr. Taiwo Adekogbe, Pastor Patrick Madu and Alhaja Idera Adeyemi.
Speaking on behalf of the committee, the chairman, Wellington promised to work with other members of the committee to achieve the expected result.
