MTN Nigeria Communications Plc has announced the resignation of Mr Charles Molapisi from its board of directors with effect from 31 March 2022.

Mr Molapisi was appointed a Non-Executive Director on 2 August 2021.

In a notice at the Nigerian Exchange signed by Uto Ukpanah, Company Secretary, the board of MTN Nigeria said it would like to express its appreciation to Mr Molapisi for his contributions during the period of his appointment.

“The board wishes him the very best in his new role as Chief Executive Officer of MTN South Africa,” the notice said.
