Transnational Corporation of Nigeria Plc (Transcorp), a diversified conglomerate with interests in the power, hospitality, agriculture, and oil and gas sectors, headquartered in Lagos  has released its report & financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2021 with 528% jump in group profit after tax to N23.831 billion from N3.792billion in 2020.

Moreover, group revenue for the year rose to N111.219 billion from N75.271 billion in 2020.
