Few hours after Vice President Yemi Osinbajo officially declared his presidential bid, the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Leader and Presidential aspirant, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, has perfected plans to meet the party’s governors in Abuja today (Monday) at a yet to be disclosed venue.

NewsBeatng learnt that Tinubu wants to formally brief the APC governors of his intention to run for president in 2023.

Recalled that since Tinubu formally informed President Muhammadu Buhari in December 2021 of his intention to contest, he had embarked on nationwide tour of consultations to top traditional rulers especially in his South West Region.

Tinubu had also met with the National Assembly Caucus of the APC in both chambers where the Federal legislators assured him of support.
