The National Leader of All Progressive Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, and other strong members of the state chapter of the party have officially endorsed Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and his Deputy, Obafemi Hamzat, for second term.
This is coming at a time there was speculation that Tinubu had told Sanwo-Olu to jettison second term bid for a retired Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Energy, Abdulhameed Mustapha.
The open endorsement of Sanwo-Olu and Hazmat by Tinubu has put to rest the replacement rumour.
