All Progressive Congress (APC) in Lagos state, has appointed elder sibling of the Governor, Adebayo Sanwo-Olu, former Commissioner of Police, AIG Hakeem Odumosu, and seven others to oversee the party’s primaries across the state.
Other members of the committee include Olayinka Oladunjoye, Bola Badmus Olujobi, Rt. AIG Hakeem Odumosu, Gbolahan Idris, Oluremi Sopeyin, Muritala Seriki, Adebayo Sanwo-Olu, and Sodiq Ademola.
The committee was inaugurated on Monday (today) by the APC Lagos Chairman, Cornelius Ojelabi, at the party secretariat in Ikeja.
NewsBeatng reports that during inauguration, Ojelabi noted that the committee would ensure the success of the primaries, urging party members to support the committee in order to have a successful election.
It will be recalled that APC would be conducting its Governorship, House of Assembly, House of Representatives and the Senate primaries this week.
