Zenith Bank Plc, one of Nigeria’s biggest banks has released its annual report for the year ended 31 December 2021 with 6.07% growth in profit after tax to N244.558 billion from N230.565 billion in 2020.

NewsBeatng reports that gross earnings of the group increased by 9.9% to N765.558 billion from N696.450 billion while the profit before tax increased by 9.6% to N280.374 billion from N255.861 billion

Meanwhile, the Board of Directors, has proposed a final dividend of N2.80 per share which in addition to the N0.30 per share as interim dividend amounts to N3.10 per share, as against (2020: Interim dividend of N0.30 per share, final dividend of N2.70 per share and total dividend per share of N3.00).
